Lakeland Farm Visitor Centre

A new and authentic farm visitor experience in The Lake District between Windermere and Staveley on the A590 has been opened by Isaac and Kerrie Benson.  It aims to show why the modern Lakeland farm is so important to the future and sustainability of The Lakes, and how historic farming has helped form this beautiful landscape helping The Lake District gain World Heritage Status.

Attractions include traditional methods still used on today’s Lakeland farm, meeting the animals and daily livestock shows in the Arena.  A farm shop and café is also on site!
